2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3-4 Cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Shredded Parmesan Cheese for topping *Optional | Directions | In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add green beans and season with salt and pepper. Toss and continue to cook them until you achieve your desired tenderness. Be sure your pan is not too hot to avoid burning the olive oil. Once green beans are at your desired tenderness, add the garlic and cayenne pepper. Turn off the heat but keep the pan on the burner. Toss and cook for another 2 minutes using the remaining heat in the pan. DO NOT brown the garlic, it will taste bitter!!! Top with shredded parmesan cheese and enjoy!
