Mushroom is one the most frequently used ingredients in Korean food.
Stir fried mushroom can be a good side dish for steamed rice and great ingredient for Bibimbab.
In most cases, we keep shitake mushroom dried.
To cook this, you need to soak in water first.
And Squeeze out the water to make it ready for frying.
Just stir fry it and add salt and condiments like spring onion and garlic.
This is really easy and yummy.
