These veggies are very tasty and crispy. We love them hot and cold. I have served these as side dishes and I have served them as tapas as well. You can add any spices you like to this to make it your own. My family likes the usual run though the spice garden spices. The peppers are delicious on fresh bread. The basil pesto pasta recipe is from another YouTuber that I happened to come across. The only think I added was more spinach and half a can of cannellini beans. It was amazing and everyone had seconds. Ingredients:
Zucchini / Squash / Mushrooms / Peppers as many as you like
Spices, Onion powder
Garlic powder
Veggie seasoning
Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning Original
Parsley flakes
Italian seasoning
Nutritional yeast
OPTIONAL: Balsamic vinegar as much as you like Mix well bake at 390 degrees for 1 hour in a shallow baking dish lined with parchment paper.
