Spicy Korean Stir Fry Fish Cake (오뎅복음) by Omma's Kitchen
Ingredients for 2 lbs of fish cake: serving 6-8 side dish meals 20-30 minutes of cooking time * 2 lbs of fish cake, any brand that's on sale will do
* 1 large round onion sliced * 4-6 green onion (about 1-2 cups sliced)
* 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
* 4-5 tablespoon of soysauce or to your taste
* 1 teaspoon of sugar or to your taste
* pinch of black ground pepper or to your taste
* (optional) 1 tablespoon of sesame oil or to your taste
* (optional) 1-2 teaspoon of mirin (cooking wine)
* (optional) 1 tablespoon of red chili flake or to your taste
* (optional) 2-4 jalapeno pepper * (optional) 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
