Delicious Homemade Cornbread recipe

6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
1 cup Corn Meal
¾ cup All Purpose Flour
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Large eggs (Beaten)
1 ½ cup Buttermilk In a large bowl, mix your buttermilk, 2 eggs, and melted butter and mix well. In another large bowl or stand mixer, mix all your dry ingredients and whisk to mix evenly.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry and mix for 2-3 mins until the batter is smooth. If you are using a mixer, set it to medium speed.
Use some butter to grease an 8 inch bake pan, and pour in your batter.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and cook for 20 -25 mins or until golden brown.
You will know it’s done when you poke with a fork or toothpick and it stays cleans. Butter the top of the corn bread and sprinkle a little sugar on top for added sweetness.
