This is heavenly. Linguine with no cook tuna “sauce” and the birds chirping ❤️ recipe below! RECIPE: served 2, very happily 🥰
6oz of linguine Handful (about 8 or so) of pitted castalvetrano olives 1 tbsp (or 2) of capers Small handful of parsley 1 cloves of garlic, grated 1/2 tsp (or to taste) of Calabrian chili paste or a pinch of hot pepper flakes Zest of half a lemon, juice of the full lemon 5oz can of tuna packed in olive oil, drained 4 tbsp of strong extra virgin olive oil Salt (didn’t show it but add a pinch in and plenty to boil the linguine )
About 1/4 cup of the starchy cooking water
