HOW TO MAKE RAITA – A curry cooling side dish

You will Need 1 cup of Plain / Natural Yogurt
1/2 a teaspoon of Salt
A pinch of Chilli Flakes
2 or 3 inches ( 10-12 cm) of Grated Cucumber
1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds – toasted and ground.
