Best part about summer food is that 9 times out of 10, everything you cook doesn’t require a recipe. Just a few ingredients tossed with a little oil, little salt, grilled and plated. I topped mine with chopped parsley, chives, an extra drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, touch of good balsamic and extra sprinkle of salt. HEAVEN!! Follow me
