1.5 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp of Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup of Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup of Vegetable or Neutral Oil of Choice
2/3 cup of Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling) 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract For the Topping: 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp of Cinnamon Tiny Pinch of Salt
1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted For the Glaze:
2 Tbsp of Cream cheese, 1 cup of Powdered Sugar
